We are looking to work with birth professionals in our community who are able to provide unbiased support to ALL families. This means you are happy to provide support no matter the type of birth, birth location, or parenting style. At Redwood Doulas we recognize, support, and celebrate the diversity of our clients.

All candidates must provide us with:

  • 1 COVER LETTER: Tell us about your path to becoming a doula, why you want to work as a professional doula, and why you want to work with Redwood Doulas.
  • 2 DOULA-SPECIFIC RESUME: Highlight your trainings, doula work, and human care experience.

Please note that all birth and postpartum professionals who work with us are Independent Contractors. We are not an employer.
